HISTORY

John was raised in a family that had been in a religious cult for 3 generations with him being the fourth generation. Being no exception in fact John began really gun ho about it. It began where he practical lived, breathed and ate it thus exceeding all exceptions. Now John desired to go beyond the normal requirement setup up for everyone. So at the age of  16 with his parent permission he goes to the main office having made an appointment before going. Once there his main goal was to find out if there was something special to do help the organization. After days of going thru various interviews and then being given off to some official. Well after taking to a high up and secret guy in the organization he was told to go and relax for a couple of then come back. So in a couple he come back and sees the guy at this he his presented with an offer to which he agrees.  For the next 10 years John under goes intense training in psychological warfare, how to intimidate, manipulate and control his enemies. Also he is taught  various forms of assignation techniques that are to be used only if needed for this he would have to get permission or have been told before embarking on the mission that it is all right. After the 10 years is done he is started to be sent out on various assignments all over the world. To this day his studies continue to greater hone his skills Some time after this career began John decided to don a costume and call himself Watchtower when out on assignments in honour of his employers and to induce terror in the hearts of his adversaries.

POWERS AND SKILLS

Watchtower is a master psychological warfare, intimidation and manipulation and a few forms of assignation Relying of his other abilities he has never learn any form of self defense thus having no hand to hand combat skills.
