HISTORY

Samuel R. Ramsey was a bright young manwho's life was not his own to plan out. Samuel's father was a man who had high expectations and living standards. He wore the pants in the family and he called the shots. Life at home was like boot camp for Samuel and his mother. When Mr. Ramsey said jump, they both said how high? This attitude developed from his twelve previous years served in the United States Armed Forces. After achieving the rank of Corporal, he decided to venture into Environmental Sciences, and he became very successful in that field. He became very well known in the realm of science and he became very wealthy. He was bound and determined that his son would follow in his footsteps without discussion. Samuel was enrolled in the best private schools by his father and was then told that he was going to take courses in the area of Environmental Science whether he liked it or not. However, shortly after Samuel achieved his M.D. in Environmental Science, he decided he had enough of his father's dictatorship and control. This decision resulted in a huge blowout between father and son. Samuel then decided to desert both of his parents and he vowed on that day that he would somehow make his father pay for what he had put him through all these years. Shortly afterward Sam borrowed $25,000.00 from a Mafia member and used it to try and start up a hardware business. The business did okay for 3 1/2 years during which time he got married and he had one child and another was on the way.He was bent and determined to be a better father to his kids than his father was to him. However after his business began to slow down he ended up going bankrupt and his house got repossessed as well. So now he was approximately $200,000.00 in debt. He and his family went to live with his wife's parents. Since he had paid his first loan to the Mafia off with no problems, he proceeded to get a loan of $200,000.00 which he used to pay off all the bill collectors that he owed. gave him a deadline as to when he had to pay it all back, when he failed to meet that deadline, they tracked him down and took him for a long car ride. They shot him and then threw him into a toxic waste dump. The toxic constituents soaked into his body and things began to attach themselves to his body. He became disfigured beyond recognition. Alive the entire time he rose out of the toxic waste dump 3 months later. When he looked at himself in the mirror he knew he could never go back to his wife and kids. He then swore that he would bring his vengeance upon his father, the Mafia and the earth with his new found abilities. He then declared that Samuel Ramsey was dead and he would now be known as Toxico.

POWERS AND SKILLS

Toxico has excellent hand to hand combat fighting skills taught to him by his father. He was also taught superb marksmanship as well. Using his knowledge of the inner working of a gun and scientific knowledge he has created an array of weapons which can shoot toxic waste. Since being dumped into the toxic waste he has become immune to all poisons. Also he can now erect an electrical shield to protect himself. This will vary from stunning the assailant to knocking him unconscious but Toxico will still get hurt from the blow. Through the box that is attached to his chest he can put radioactive material in and then shoot radioactive blasts. He also has the ability to absorb toxins and chemicals in to his body.
