HISTORY

Tony grew up in Montreal, Quebec, Had an uneventful time growing up. In high school he was very involved in sports such as track and field , football along with boxing. After high school he studies and becomes a provincial court balief. Over time he became more and more disgusted with decisions handed down with the criminal going unpunished time and time again. One day he decides to make a costume to start a one man campaign to bring justice to all the criminals he encounters that courts failed to punish. Tony borrows from astrology and calls himself Libra meaning the scales of justice.
