HISTORY

Doug was born and raised in a well adjusted home. By choice he became a loner at an early age. Having a natural talent for math and economic type subject he more than excelled in them in school. After high school he took college courses majoring in math and economics. Graduating from college he got scooped up by a brokering firm. Still enjoying his solitude, he worked at home via his personal pc, phone and mail. During this time he became a hacker on the net for fun. One day while surfing the net he came across the computers of Professor Evolution (see profile). In the midst of playing around with her computers he decides to crash them and does so. She had at this time been operational for a couple of weeks. After much work and she gets her computers up and running again. Upon doing so she seeks out and finds who was responsible for her computers crashing . At which time she sends out minions to capture and bring him back to her lab. When he arrives she starts genetic experiments on him

POWERS AND SKILLS

Doug can breath underwater indefinitely at swim at speeds up to 50 knots per hour. He can got to unlimited depths and has night vision. Aquarius has sonar ability and super strength and can blast water from his hands.
